Lucinda Figueroa serves as the Senior Managing Director of Human Resources. She brings over 20 years of recruiting, consulting and talent acquisition experience. Prior to joining American Landmark Lucinda was the Senior Director of Human Resources for LAT and Gerdau Ameristeel.

Lucinda holds a Master of Psychology from the University of Tampa and also holds SPHR and CPP certifications.
