Founded in 2016, American Landmark Apartments was built on more than 25 years of multifamily expertise following the successful sale of Landmark Apartment Trust. Since then, we've grown into one of the nation's leading owner-operators of multifamily communities, investing in high-growth Sunbelt markets while staying true to one simple belief: great communities create lasting value.
Today, we own and operate approximately 36,000 apartment homes representing more than $6 billion in gross assets under management.
