Lissette Perez

Lissette spearheads the Orlando and Virginia market with her extensive background in Servant Leadership. To this role she serves American Landmark as Regional Vice President. Lissette brings a successful track record of leadership and development within the property management industry. Boasting more than 10 years in the industry, she has honed various skills in each position held with a proven record of resident satisfaction, employee retention and investor relations. Prior to joining American Landmark, she's held positions with Landmark Apartment Trust, and Milestone Management. Lissette is a proud knight receiving her bachelor's in business management from the University of Central Florida. She is very active within her community serving as a volunteer for Second Harvest Food Bank, and Advent Health.
